1 large cauliflower – separated into small florets, washed and drained well
1 onion – chopped fine
2-3 tbsp cilantro – chopped fine
1/2 lemon
salt to taste
oil as req


Trim off as much stem as you an, from the cauliflower
Put it in a food processor and pulse it till it looks coarse
Heat a non stick pan on medium and add oil
Now add onion and stir fry till it starts to brown
Add cauliflower and cook till it gets soft. Stir frequently
Remove from heat
Add salt, cilantro and squeeze the lemon over cauliflower
Gently mix till well combined
Serve hot


You can eat it with any gravy of your choice.
Add finely shredded vegetables (stir fried) to this preparation, for added flavour
