1 cup Dates – pitted and soft ones
1/4 cup each of roasted nuts – almonds, pista, cashews, walnuts
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp desiccated coconut
2 tbsp berries
2 tbsp cherries
pinch salt
1/4tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp poppy seeds’
Ghee or coconut oil – as req



Put dates in a blender and make a paste
Pulse grind peanuts to make a coarse powder
Put the remaining nuts in a mixie and grind just one round. Don’t powder them
Chop berries and cherries to very small pieces
Now mix all together
Grease you palms with ghee or coconut oil
Make lemon size balls
Freeze the balls for half hr
Then store in airtight container
