INGREDIENTS:

1 kg mutton – cut to pcs

2 tsp red chilli pd

1/2 tsp turmeric pd

2 tsp coriander pd

2 tbsp ginger/garlic paste

2 sticks cinnamon

4 cloves

3 large onions – sliced

2 – 3 tomatoes – chopped

3-4 green chillies – slit

2-3 tbsp coriander leaves – chopped

salt to taste

METHOD:

In a medium sized non stick pan, take mutton, red chilli pd, turmeric pd, ginger/garlic paste, cinnamon, cloves and salt and boil till almost dry.

In another vessel, heat oil.

Saute onions n green chillies till pink.

Add tomatoes and fry till dry.

Add coriander pd n fry for a min, on low heat.

Add this fried onion mixture to mutton, and continue cooking till oil separates.

Adjust salt n remove from heat.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

NOTE:

U can add 1 tsp garam masala pd along with coriander pd. Gives a good flavour.

Chicken and beef can also be cooked the same way.
