INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup roasted oats
1 tbsp jaggery
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup each of roasted nuts – almonds, pista, cashew, pine nuts ( op), walnuts
1/4 cup roasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp each – raisins, desiccated coconut, cherries n berries
pinch salt
chilli flakes – as req
1 tbsp roasted flax seeds
Ghee or coconut oil- as req

METHOD:

Make a syrup of jaggery by adding 1 tbsp of water n heating it. Let it boil
Remove from stove. Mix well.
Add all the nuts ( either full or broken into half) n oats and mix together
Add seeds, raisins, honey, desiccated coconut, cherries n berries.
Sprinkle the pinch of salt and little chilli flakes n mix well
Grease a plate with Ghee or coconut oil
Spread this mixture on the plate
Freeze for 2-3 hrs
Now remove and cut to long pieces
Store in Airtight containers
