1/2 kg chicken mince
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
2 tsp ginger/garlic paste
2 Tbsp green onions – very finely chopped
1/4 cup cilantro – very finely chopped
1 egg – lightly beaten
salt as required
1/2 tsp pepper pd
oil as req


Take chicken mince in a bowl and add cilantro, green onions, ginger/garlic paste and salt and pepper and mix well
Now add cooked rice, bread crumbs, egg and sweet chilli sauce and mix till well combined
Heat oil in a non stick Wok
Wet your hands slightly and take a little mixture and roll to the desired size
Drop them gently into hot oil and fry till golden brown
Serve hot, as a starter


Add finely chopped green chillies, if you like it spicy
You can add a tsp of soya sauce too, to enhance the flavour
To make it different, you can add a little grated vegetables n then mix and fry
